Pastor Brown preached on being preserved body, soul and spirit.  There were a number of visitors.   Baptism Certificates were also presented during the worship service.   Sister Abel shows off her T shirt which is emblazoned with New Horizon Baptist Church.

Amber Sapenter shown seated next to Sister Tina Dean presented the speech which she gave to the Baptist State Convention.

Reverend Dr. W. R. Brown, Sr. said a word to the congregation.

New Horizon Baptist Church 6

New Horizon Baptist Church met for worship.  Pastor Brown gave the pulpit notes and his father Reverend Dr. W.R. Brown, Sr. brought the message.  He spoke on going higher and higher and having a New Horizon.  His message brought comfort, hope and encouragment to move forward with the church’s plans for building a legacy and the Kingdom of God in our community.

The congregation reads the  New Horizon Vision and Purpose statements.

 Worship service featured praise dancers, communion and Pastor’s sermon was on the Lord’s Supper.

The communion table is prepared for the serving of The Lord’s Supper.

Master Barner is presented a baseball trophy by Pastor Brown who recognized his sports accomplishments.

 The Barnes family perfomed a praise dance for the New Horizon congregation of worshippers.

The altar call was held and when the doors of the church were opened two came forward for membership.
