Sunday Service May 6, 2007

Monday, May 7th, 2007

New Horizon Baptist Church Previous Posts

First Sunday services were held at the C. K. Newsome Center.  Pastor Brown’s sermon text was taken from Matthew 14.   He spoke on contrary conditions.

Reverend Dr. Dennis N. Crofts led in prayer for the church and its members.

Pastor Brown presented a Bible to a little girl who expressed an interest in having one.   She cannot read but she desired to have the book.  She will undoubtedly cherish her Bible and learn from it as she grows up.

The congregation listens to the sermon.

The Doors of the Church were opened at the invitation.

A new member is received as a candidate for baptism.
