Here are some photos from last Sunday’s Worship Service held at the C.K. Newsome Center. We have a variety of people ranging from infants to children, adults and elderly people.

Members of the New Horizon Baptist Church take a tour of the building which is being renovated for the church’s new home. Located at 800 Lincoln Avenue in Evansville, Indiana the building is being gutted and repurposed for use by the church which is currently holding its services at the C.K. Newsome Center in Rooms C & D at 11:00 AM Sunday morning.
Reverend W.R. Brown, Jr. leads the tour. Also his father, the Reverend Dr. W.R. Brown, Sr. addressed the membership about the plans for the building. Much work is needed but in the end it will be worth the effort.

It was a cold and rainy Sunday afternoon when the members of New Horizon Baptist Church went to the site of the new church home which is under demolition and renovation. However, it did not dampen the spirits of the people gathered there to catch the vision of the Renaissance on Lincoln Avenue as New Horizons are prepared for the community and its people.
