Finally!!! Three Hours of Sleep!!
Well it finally happened, I was able to sleep for more than two hours straight! Oh the little things we take for granted when we are childless… As some of you may know, I picked up that nasty MRSA in my c-section wound and was prescribed some heavy duty antibiotics. Well since I am nursing Samy Lou, she had been so irritible after every feed. I was getting so worried nursing her, she was not wanting to eat. But since finishing the 10-day prescription, there is such a marked improvement in her eating and sleeping. As for the infection…it is all cleared up and the wound has finally healed!
Her eyes are finally opening up and they are very big and shiny! I will figure out how to upload pics soon. Thanks for all the replies and lets keep this going! Samy says thanks for all the gifts and well wishes!

Ah, sleep…..i remember 8 years ago sleeping through the night. I’m hoping that in another 6 months it will soon happen again. Give baby SamyLou plenty of hugs and kisses from all of us. I am glad to hear you finally got more than three hours of sleep! It was nice talking with you today this morning and glad you to hear you are doing much better.

Laura and Sal, So sorry Congratulations is just now coming. Victor has been keeping me up to date and we all saw the beautiful pictures. I cried of course. I am so happy for you both !!! We love seeing pictures so don’t stop posting them. All my love, Brenda

I am SO excited for you! And Sal! I’m sorry you are hearing from me so late, I wasn’t aware of this whole blog thing until recently, it’s a whole Castaneda party on here…haha.
I hope you and Sal are doing well, and now baby Samy too!! I can’t wait to see you guys, hopefully sooner than later!
